All I want to have at the minute is bubble tea I have drank it excessively over the last 48hrs (iced tea with boba) I have read some websites that say it's fine the iced tea ones contain next to no caffeine because it's made with green or black tea I've read bad stuff about the milk tea but I've had non of that and there's also the 'boba gives you cancer' thing but everything gives you cancer... Can anyone advise if it's safe because all i want to do is binge boba tea!!!!! I'm 5weeks BTW 😘

Hi this may not be very helpful but I was told not to drink anymore than 4 herbal teas a day and not to have green tea as it contains coffee. There's also another herbal tea you should not have till near your due date but I really can't remember what it is its meant to help with labour or something like that.
If you are ever concerned just call your doctor. I ate salami yesterday and didn't know you shouldn't really it unless on pizza or in a sauce. We all do things were not meant to mostly by accident.

Raspberry leaf tea is the one that helps with labour. I stayed away from her life tea during pregnancy, like I know you shouldn't have earl grey because of some of he ingredients

Found this info too.
