Bruising

It feels like I have bruised my back...
Its quite low down - Id say just above my cocix and right across the width of my lower back but not as high as my kidneys...But there is no blue colouring, it just hurts.

Anyone else had this and any idea what it could be?

Try putting a hot water bottle or heat pad on it to see if that helps
