Is anyone else in the same boat? Luckily I only work mornings, doing a full day would make things very difficult. At the moment I pump twice a day and send Eva to nursery with a bottle of expressed milk.

One of my pumping sessions is at work. Every day I try to book out the shared meeting room in our business centre. I don't want to take the mick, so I don't book in advance and if it's not free I've been going off in the car to do it. Luckily now it's getting cold I've found a vacant room to use when I need to.

Mostly it's fine, but sometimes it's really hard. When I'm about to start my period it's like the perfect storm. She's mostly sleeping through, eating three meals and with pumping my supply tanks. It's just for a few days but it makes me feel like a failure to not have enough milk to satisfy her. I've tried mother's milk tea, fenugreek, blessed thistle and fennel tea. Nothing helps at this time in my cycle. My new plan is to pump much more often when things are good, buld up a stock pile and just suck it up and dip into my freezer stash when I need to. I really don't know anyone else doing this so just wondered if anyone else was going through anything similar? X
