breast milk

can anyone tell me how long breast milk can be left out of the fridge??xx thanks in advance for answer xxx

Hey i got told 1-2 hours the same as if formula so thats juzt what i stuck to but hv and midwifeand people you know will probably all say different.xxx

I was also told 6 hours. I was under the impression that the 1 hour is only if they started eating from it allready as then the bottle is no longer sterile and bacteria will start to grow.
