Breast milk storage....

I've been reading up on this as want to start expressing as soon as BFing is established, I've got the pump, closer to nature bottles and some freezer bags all ready.

But the advice on storage seems to vary wherever I read it! So can anyone give accurate times you can store in:

A fridge?
A freezer?
Room temp?

When keeping in fridge to use the next day can I express it straight into the bottles??

And how do I defrost the frozen??
