Hello peeps. Bit of a vanity question here, hope you dont mind! I need some (honest) answers about what breast feeding will do to my boobs. I earn my living as an 'exotic' dancer (obviously not at the minute as i am baking a bun) anyhow, i know alot of women who i work with who have had babies and their boobs look fine, but they all have smaller chests than me. I am a bit worried as my boobs make my living and i have these horrible visions of them wobbling round near my knees  ok maybe thats a bit far fetched but you no what i mean :)
I will breastfeed no matter the answer, so if it helps im normally a 36E and i have so far gone up one size. Please help

I just asked this in my thread

My mum lost all her boobs so had a boob job last year, I'm hoping a majority on here will go against that and raise the "boobies got MUCH bigger" statistic!! lol

oops lol that will teach me for not reading other posts! I dont want mine to get bigger just stay the same and stay UP!

My boobs shrivelled away after I had my first child, but I lost my baby weight and then some, so I think the weight loss was the cause rather than breastfeeding.
-At the moment I am breastfeeding my daughter and I am 3 cup sizes bigger than what I was after I finished feeding my son....But if I ever finish losing the last stone I have to shift I think they will deplete again!

....But OH has promised "us" a boob job for my 30th, so I don't care anymore lol!

Its very much a personal thing I think and everyone is different. Mine havent really changed at all from before I had my son, still kinda the same size and shape and not too droopy! But then I was never a large chested girl, my normal size is about 36c so kinda average. Might be different if you have bigger boobs to start with cos obviously they will swell a lot when your milk comes in so can droop a bit later when you lose the fullness. Im only guessing at that though, like I said everyone is different. Just make sure you keep them supported well and try to keep your muscles strong.

lol when i brest feed my daughter my boobs were massive and very pert lol especialy when i was full and due a feed, i leaked alot too so had to use brest pads alot lol after giving up bfing my boobs stayed masive (i used to be a c cup and now am a dd, well they might have gone up a size as i'm masive now lol)

Mine areback to a C-cup..I breastfed for 6 weeks and they are the same as they were during pregnancy. They are quite saggy now, before pregnancy I was very pert but now I can hold pencils under my boobs :(

I am actually happy with my boobies. I was a b cup pre pregnancy, got up to an E when my milk came in with Seren but they have steadied out at a D cup (went down to a C when I stopped feeding Seren). Yeah they have sagged a bit but I am 30, and yes I could probably fit the whole of WH Smith under them let alone a pencil but the shape is good and my nipples look amazing considering I have had the equivalent of 2 dysons hanging on them.

Pregnancy is the ******* to your boobies, breastfeeding isn't the enemy people think.

I was a B cup pre pregnancy, since I stopped breastfeeding 2 months ago they have gone down to an A :( Since they're not big they're not particularly saggy, but they feel quite soft and squishy and the moment. Hoping they firm up eventually though

I was a 36DD before, and am now an F. the shape has not changed much - still fairly rounded, just bigger. I stopped b/f 3 months ago and have had a m/c since so I don't know if they are back to normal yet. but I would think so.
I think "going south" is what happens as you get older or as a reuslt of pregnancy rather than being due to b/f

I was a 34a, in late pregnancy i was a 36b and while breastfeeding a 36c/d. Now I am back to 36b and I feel a lot more womanly and curvy, but I had quite a boyish figure beforehand so anythings an improvement.. x

breastfeeding does not ruin ur boobs! i BF for 8 months and i dont even need a bra- my boobs are pert and firm! they do have stretchmarks on them, but they appeared in late pregnancy they were not from BFing.

i do think theyre a bit smaller tho- i was 32B before, 34DD in late pregnancy and possibly 34E during first few weeks BFing as my bra was so tight. (check out my avatar- that was my bustyest!) now theyre probably 32A as i said i dont even need a bra!

I am only a B cup so I thought there was no way they would go south but I was wrong. I didn't have a bra properly fitted and I wonder now if it would have helped. I will never be going out without a bra on again though unless I get implants  I'm not sure if it was because of breastfeeding though or whether they would have gone south anyway after pregnancy. I wish I could have my big breastfeeding boobies back though

Regular fitted bras are te way forward.... (budge would be proud of me hhaa)

I have fed my daughter since birth and my boobs are still a couple of sizes bigger than pre preg.

I would say tho, i found the damage done thru preg, rather than feeding... When i was preg stretchmarks appeared loads... nothing me has developed whilst feeding her..

Your big chested, same as moi, i would say, just you wait till ur milk comes in ;) its so funny, i woke up on teh day my milk fully came in with my boobs in my chin lol

i had good size boobs and didn't breast feed my first (tryed but lasted 3 days) they then went to rocks in socks! breastfeeding this time and so far i love my boobs see how we go

so breast feeding makes no difference.

I went up to a G cup when breastfeeding my daughter. They then went back down to an F.

I then lost 3.5 stone & they went down to an E (!) but they didn't drag or droop or drop at all. I went in for fitted bras quite regularly which really helped, I think.

At the moment, they are still an E, but I shall wait to see what happens when this one is born & my milk comes in! :D

Mine are on the larger size, and stayed exactly the same but I only partially BF, my best friend is on the small size, and exclusively BF and her's were smaller after stopping.
Very best wishes with it, I do hope it all goes well for you before, during and after the BF'ing

Mine were a small A, during preg I went to a B breastfed for just over a year and they stayed a b cup, they are still a b cup but are slightly deflated.

But it isnt the breastfeeding, its pregnancy that changes your boobies, for me it was great to have bigger ones during breastfeeding! :cheer:
