I'm getting a LOT of these with this pregnancy. sometimes they can be set of from just standing up. It's worst first thing in the morning when I get out of bed, I have to stop what I'm doing and just wait until it passes.

any tips to stop them being so intense?

no advice hun but wanted to send you a (((hug)))
Didnt realise BH came so early??

I was getting them at 17 weeks, but I mentioned it to my midwife and she didnt seem concerned, but Im sorry hun, I don t have any tips to stop them being so severe, mine are never that bad, just tightening of my tum.
Big hug -

When I get up in the morning, my bump is really hard. I don't get any pain at all, reckon that could be BH's?

I can't really sympathise (in the nicest possible way) as I've no idea what they feel like. Do they hurt very much?

And I've read some people do get them very early (or earlier than you'd expect), can't remember where I read it though.

i think it must be because it's my third. they've gotten earlier each pregnancy.

I just did a quick read online and i read that in the same way as leg cramps, that BH could be brought on more by being dehydrated.

I think i'll up my water intake and see if that helps

Im pretty sure its BH, they are not regular at all, and maybe i'll have 5 a day, or maybe 20 or maybe none!

yep pretty much its just a tight feeling, like my belly balls up. I'm actually having one right now!

just having a look at something called an 'irritable uterus'. sounds interesting maybe something i might have a word with the midwife about.

I've had them too, didn't think I would get them so early and this is my first baby! Mine don't hurt but are uncomfortable and I find that walking around or pacing up and down helps me
