Braxton Hicks?

Ok, In your experience how did Braxton Hicks feel? I'm currently 21 weeks and I am unsure if what I am experiencing is BH or not.....
I've had it for a few weeks now and the only way I can describe it is an immense amount of pressure in my lower belly? While I experience this, my bump completely tenses up and is like rock! The pressure is enough to make me stop what I'm doing to focus on it. This lasts for a minute or so and happen in small clusters a few times a day. Any ideas???

Yep, that's BH they often make me feel really hot or light headed, not a pleasant experience!

The pressure was in my bottom and left side and it makes me nauseous. Fun times eh?
