Braxton Hicks a problem?

Hi all

I've been getting loads of braxton hicks contractions today. I thought I read somewhere that you shouldn't get more than 4 in an hour, but it's definitely been more than that for parts of the day.

I don't want to call midwife unnecessarily. Is there a problem with having too many BHs? I'm pretty stressed out at work at the moment and not sleeping well (like everyone else!) so I'm wondering if I've just been pushing myself too hard.

Anyway does anyone else know any more about this?

my midwife always said if i get more then 4/5 in an hour then to phone her straight away.... so maybe you should phone her. better to be safe then sorry.
