My boobs are always the first sign I am pregnant.
But now at 7 weeks there is a big difference in feeling/pain between the two. Not only is my right boob more tender, it is a lot harder, heavier and bigger than the other.

Is this normal?? Worried in case it is a sign something else is wrong with my breasts.

My right breast has always been a bit bigger but now I'm pregnant it seems a lot bigger, heavier and tender especially my nipples, think it's just part and parcel of developing when pregnant. If your really worried mention it to your mw at your next app.xx

They do grow at different rates.
It's normal for the baby to favour one than the other and that can make them really lopsided too if you aren't careful lol.

My left boob is smaller than my right and at first my babies favoured the right boob, but then I breastfed my last child for a long time and towards the end she was only feeding from the left one and the right didn't produce anything, even though it's bigger.

And even now, I can sometimes get a drop or two of colostrum out of my left boob but can't get anything out of my right one (yet)

I know they both work fine though because I exc. breastfed my youngest for over 6 months and then continued to breastfeed for several years :)

PS the going hard is normal, it's your milk ducts developing & starting to prepare for producing colostrum & later, milk.
