Boobs

I feel a bit stupid posting this but here goes...

I was in the bath last night and noticed little bumps on my nipple, they look like spots I've never had these before. What are they

I was tempted to squeeze them last night because they look like white heads but I didn't.

Also my boobs have been feeling a bit sore past week or so aswell.

So can anyone tell me what them little spot like things on my nipples are?

They natural and nothing to worry about hun I've had them even before I was pregnant. They tended to come and go but I never noticed when but was probably hormonal.
