blueish tinge?

the front of my bump, right where the placenta is, has a blueish twinge to it, and looks like ive got black and blue bruises on it!
is this cos my placenta is right there and its all the veins/arteries etc making it have a blue tinge?
or does everyones bump have this...
or am i being a tit again
