They are building some new apartments across the road from me, and converting an old house as well. I put Charlie down for his nap at 10.15, and was just about to go and join him as I only had 5 hours broken sleep last night, and they have started sandblasting the house!! 
I've never heard noise like it! I've had to shut all the windows, which makes it mega-hot in the flat, but I still can't hear myself think! There's no way I could sleep, so I've just popped the telly on, and I can't hear it above the noise!!!
And there is dust everywhere!
