blood pregnancy test earliest time can take?

hi, just wondering if any of you know when is the earliest you can take blood test to tell if pregnant or not?? is 6 days after conception what ever that means true??
do any of you know??
i need to know asap for many many reasons.. and have no idea when ovulation occurred or due to stress what cycle length might be
but wondering if any know of norms above??

I think it would be really hard if you don't know when you ov'd or cycle length and I don't know if a dr would order a blood test that early anyway. I think gp's at the very least like you to be a week late. I'd wait til af is due and just take a digi.
I've only been offered a blood test once and that was from my epu in my last pregnancy as I was bleeding. I've never been routinely offered a test otherwise. Dr said it wasn't needed xx
