blinking sellers on ebay, buyers beware!

well im getting totaly pissed off now with this seller, contacted him yesterday and he said i could have a refund and he would contact the currier to get the item delivered back to him instead of me.. i dont want it, i dont need it now the work has been done..

well he said leave it with him, and he would get refund and contact me when it was done..

grr he sent me email last night responding to my non recieved item dispute asking me to close the dispute on reciept of goods,

so he hadnt even contacted the flipping courier to do this..

then when i ssaid i had requested a refund he replied, yes im happy to do this, can you contact me after 12 o clock today.. erm no way, hes trying to pull a flanker why should i have to contat him all the time when i paid and did my duty

omfg gimmie strength :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall:

It starts to get really stressful eh?? Hope it gets sorted out. My advice for a big purchase of ebay is use your credit card. We bought a bugaboo when I first fell pregnant from ebay for a good price £380. Seller had 100% feedback so thought all was good. Seller had 20 pushchairs available. OH paid with CC.

Then slowly feedback came in that no one had recieved their pushchair and we all began to realise she had done a runner with 20 x £380!!! I was so mad, but we rang credit card company and they refunded money in 24hours and investigated the seller. Lots of the feedback said that others hadn't got their money. So awful.
