bleeding at 5-6 weeks :(

Hi,
this is my first pregnancy, i have been having bleeding for 5 days. it started off brown, but not has turned more red. I went for a second blood test yesterday which still posted as positive, i am still waiting for the hormone level results. The doctor last week told me the bleeding shows high risk and that i have a threatened miscarriage or abortion.
any help would be great.

Hey,

A friend of mine had a very heavy red bleed when she was 8 weeks pregnant, the doctors said it might be a threatened miscarriage, she's currently 36 weeks pregnant with her boy Bleeding isn't always bad news.

I had two large bleeds at just over 5 then 6 weeks and all is well with bubs.
