big vein on his gum?

My little boys been really grumpy and clingy the past 4-5 days.
Had a look in his mouth earlier and he has 4 top teeth and 4 bottom ones and on the gum next to one of the top ones is a really big prominent blue vein.
Is that anything to worry about is that normal?

Worth asking the HV if nobody else has any advice x
