BH

[First Baby White]

Hello Ladies,

Does BH only happen on your front, this morning I had painful stitch like pains in my lower back that were coming and going for about an hour. Mt Friend at work said oh there BH thats how mine were!! I said well my bump hasnt gone tight and she said her's never did they were always in her back and this was how her labour was as well.

Jyst wondering if this is what they were??

Yes you can get them in your back ive had them its a diffent pressure to the fel of when your babies on your back its a pulling down feel

so yep back Bh happens another lovely symptom of pregnancy

Yeah I think you can, I've never had back BHs in my previous pregnancies but this one I have and last night I was in a lot of discomfort with it and in the end got hubby to rub my back. I was so uncomfortable I was sooo nearly in tears but I also knew they were not strong enough or regular enough for the real things. hugsssss
