BFP!!

Morning everybody,

I've got a BFP!!! Got a positive yesterday with an early detection test but wouldn't believe it as my temps had dipped for the last 2 days following what looked like an implantation dip on Tuesday (had spotting for couple of days too).

This morning temp shot up and got a positive result. Bought clearblue test and it came up positive immediately.


I can't believe it.

Really happy but it's early days isn't it...

Thanks Sam and ladies.

We started trying in January but it was just after my Mum passed away so perhaps not the best time to try. I was totally ignorant about fertility and cycles and we just bd'd as and when we felt like it, all at the wrong times of the month.

I'd say in total about 5/6 months, we took a break over the summer cos of planned hols.

The last two months I've been using ov sticks and this month I charted as well, so we've been seriously trying for 2 months but on and off for 5/6 months.

That doesnt sound to long, i am totally ignorant to cycles and ovulation etc... even after havin my kids, they were all more luck than anything i think. This time i have actively decided i want to more in control of the getting pregnant process but i havent a clue where to start. I'm really pleased for you, when other ppl have good pregnancy news it always makes me feel great hopefully i'll be expecting again very soon

You're trying for another already?! Good for you.

It's not long at all to be trying, hopefully everything will go smoothly for us. Bit apprehensive as it's very early in my pregnancy.
