BF struggle, combined feeding for me?

Can anyone give me some advice please, my little one is 3 weeks tomorrow and I've been persevering with the breast feeding, but it's agony. Used to be just the first few sucks and then the pain eased but now it's painful through out, not just the sore cracked nipple but seems to radiate through the breast too.
I'm also only using the one breast which can't be helping, for both feeding and expressing. the other breast had gone back to normal after baby refused to feed from.
Jacobs a really hungry baby and so I'm feeding all the time from breast, which has me gritting my teeth and in tears, then on top trying to express in the hope of being able to give a bottle to give breast a rest, but I just can't get enough.

I'd like to look into combined feeding but not really sure how it works, or what to use, and when. any advice appreciated, thank you Xx

Has he been checked for tongue tie..? I'd try and get in touch with an IBCLC if I were you, and try to figure out what's causing you so much pain.
