best time to exercise?

whens the best time, before or after food or morning/night etc?
 
i find it better to exercise in the evening because it makes me feel better, and give it a couple of hours after your food.. Also, if your trying to lose weight, try having some caffeine before you exercise because it helps to burn it off :)
 
i read an article recently, early afternoon is best apparently x
 
I've heard first thing in the morning.
My honest opinion is to do it when it suits you, if you try doing it at set times that don't work with your normal routine you will give up with it far too easily. People have different opinions on when's best, mine is to do it at a time of day that suits you not what some magazine or tv show says.
 
Before you eat and ideally in the morning. Exercise increases your metabolism so you're burn more calories through out the rest of the day......even if you're just sitting and watching telly!
 
I always do my exercise first thing in the morning before food. I read it speeds up your metabolism for the day and also makes you feel good all day :)
