Hi Girls,
I need a bit of advice. Please don't laugh at this rather embarrasing question
Do you know when is the best time for BD, I am asking because we always do it at night and I am worried that the little swimmers might be too tired in the evening. Is sperm better quality in morning, mid day or evening?
Any thoughts would be welcome

Hi there,

Not a silly question at all. I have read that the morning is better in terms of sperm count. I posted the artical on an other thread like this on here a couple of weeks ago. But can't find it right now (bit busy). Anyway, I'm sure any time is fine but if you really want to increase your chances then yeah go for am. Me and hubby got preggers one month and our pattern was am, am then both am and pm on day of ovulation.

Good luck!
Becs

I can't find that old thread on this either, I tried to look yesterday :?

Hello ladies,
Thanks for your answers and thanks for the link (very interesting)
Hope all is well for you. We will have to try am as well as pm BD now.
I am so determined to conceive this month, i'd just try anything

morning darling!!! mens testosterone is at its highest and they will thrust the little swimmers harder that time of day!!!

hubbys got home from a call at 3 am and i reckon thats the bestest time of all!!!

I fell pregnant after a warm soak in a bath, early to bed to watch a film and a cuddle.

Early evening worked for me. xx

im afraid i fall pregnant lokin at my hubbys nob :(
so i don't look anymore much to hids distress.

Hi Budge, I like the 3am idea, maybe i should set my alarm clock for tomorrow morning!!!

I have a 4yr old and I find morning time is always a rush but I suppose there must be time for something as important as baby making!!!
Thanks for all your great answers
