Will it do any harm?

Me and my boyfriend BD every day, sometimes twice (sorry tmi ) Will this do any harm?

Are you only meant to BD at a certain time of the month or does it not affect things?

I know its an embarrasing question but please help!

When trying to conceive a baby they say you should be BDing at least once every couple of days.

Some people say the more you bonk the better lol, but I have heard that if you BD too much over a short period of time then the sperm quality decreases.

The first few months we were trying we used to BD every day and nothing, then in the 3rd month we only did it once I think over my ovulation period and we hit the nail on the head!!

Id try and find out when you ovulate and then make sure you BD every other day or so around this time.

I agree with jaidy, I concieved first month by pinpointing ovulation and BDing once the day before and once on the day
