Just wondering what you have found to be a very good breast pump and why.

I've tried the Boots one and the Mini-Medula. I HATED the Boots one, it was rubbish. Didn't get any milk out! I bought it when my medula broke, but I soon stopped using the Boots one and got another Medula. It's noisy but very efficient, and you can use it with just batteries (though its more powerful when used with the adapter). Plus it's a bargain at approx £43.

mini medula one for me, its comfy and efficient. Plus you can adjust it for your comfort

Thanks girls, I shall have a look on the Boots website

I started with a Boots one which was good at first but after my second one also got crap I invested in an electric Ameda Lactaline and its been a god send. I manage to get a lot more milk out and its a lot easier to use. Not as noisy as I'd expected it to be which is good too!

Thank you v11kae.

Ive never heard of the Ameda one, do you know of a website I could have a look.

Cheers Beanie!

Eve if you go to www.expressyourselfmums.co.uk there is a selection, the delivery and service is superfast.

Here is the link for the one I bought:

And for all you Mums out there doing the great job of breast feeding you should try out H & M for their nursing tops, I got vests for £7.99, t shirts for £9.99 and long sleeve tops for £12.99 and that wasnt a sale. Good value and quality ad they are even fashionable. I usually wear the vests with one of my own tops over it.
