best boob cream??

i know from past experience that i get very sore boobs but was wondering which nipple cream you ladies found most effective in your experience please?

Lansinoh was the only one I used (and only twice in the first week at that) but it was recommended by both MW's and friends and ladies already BFing. It also cleared up our LO's cradle cap on his eyebrows and head overnight more or less

£10 but worth it.

Oooooh that's just made my day I find them just sooo expensive but worth it, gonna send DH out to Sainsburys soon as I need more!
