that's the thing with them they keep you waiting like you've got nothing else better to do :x

Thats right...you either do it their way or you get part of your income support taken off you.



You can refuse to give his details on the grounds of violence etc but its discretionary and they can and do penalise you but yep its spot on that once you claim benefits the next letter you recieve will be from the CSA.
