Belly dancing!

hi ladies!
i just thought id ask what your opinions are on belly dancing whilst pregnant?
i have looked it up on the internet and its supposed to be good for you and help you with your labor!
there is a belly dancing class in my area and i was thinking of going and doind it just lightly not bending and throwing myself about!

i was watching a programme a few weeks back on home and health and there was a woman who was doing pregnancy belly dancing, looked fun, and apparently its really good for pregnancy and the techniques can also be used for labour!!!


id defo go for it

if u find one jsut make sure they kno ur preggers!

dont want another health and safety risk eh budge
