Belly cramps

Can someone please tell me if they got period like cramps all over belly and pubic area, I am 17 weeks pregnant and at night time and when I wake up I have dim aches and pains, though today have got them all day Mum said I should go see my midwife but I am guessing they are just growing pains. I am not worried, I would just like to know if other people get them too. Thank u

that sounds pretty normal hun like you say prob just growing pains see your midwife if you start to get worried though

I too am 17 weeks and have been getting pains like this. Midwife said it was my uterus growing. She said only to worry if I noticed any spotting along with these..... hope everything else is going ok for you!!!!
