Becky went in for induction this morning and I said I'd post to update!

Initial exam this morning showed she was already 3cm dilated (yay!!) and cervix was favourable but thick so 24 hour pessary was put in.

Text at 2pm said she was getting some pains like bad period pain and they were debating going home for a bit or staying at hospital.

I text her at 5.30pm and 8pm and haven't heard anything back so really hoping that this is because things are hotting up!!

Got a text this morning...

Baby Harry James Baldwin born this morning at 5.07am in theatre with forceps weighing a massive 10lbs 10oz!!!!! Baby fine, mum and dad ok but a bit overwhelmed.

Well done Becky!!!!!!! Fantastic news!! Congratulations my lovely- we can't wait to see a pic!!! xxxxx
