HI girls ---

Just a small question. I just took my temperature. It's normal. It was slightly elevated after my BFP and I took that as a good sign. Is it a bad sign for temp to go down in pregnancy?

Just wondered?

Ok, ok it has me slightly worried.

Hmmm 27 views and no answers - think that answers that - I am a hypochondriac *LOL*

Hi - by all means I'm no expert but I'm sure I remember reading (when I was having hot sweats) that our body temp does raise and then it drops down again at the end of the 1st tri.

Hope that helps

Put the themometer down

Oh TS, I'm sure you're fine  You shouldn't be taking your temp unless you're poorly, you'll only scare yourself!!!

Ah, sure I know, Minxy. I'm an idiot, what can I say?

As it happens, I had the first migraine of this pregnancy yesterday. I hope it was the last. I had a really bad one at around this time with my daughter as well. It just goes to show that it was so bad I still remember it three years later!

Otherwise, I'm grand! *locks thermometer away*.

Told you I was a hypochondriac!

Hi Tiny Sue,

I read your post and sorry to say i :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: only because i was taking my temp every morning... I conceived my son by taking temp and then kept taking it as i was scared that it would drop and then i wouldnt be pg anymore...i kept taking it without fail until i was 12 weeks :shhh: :)

This time i conceived again with temp but last week i was stressing about it every morning so i went cold turkey and havent done it since lol... i feel better for it aswell.

I just wanted to say you are not on your own with the panic, but dont worry as you know you worry that baby is ok while you are carrying and then you just worry more when they are here :) :) so look at this as just preporation for babys arrival :)

We will all worry together
