I am also confused on the bath heat situation. I LOVE super hot baths but I know that's dangerous...but how hot is acceptable? Recently I've been having warm baths but after 5mins they're cold

I think usually its okay if you can grt in without having to get in bit by bit because of the heat xxx

Yeah, I've been doing Luke warm baths since my shower incident. Has helped a lot. I too don't like the part where the water gets cold but I also don't want to do hot because I don't want to hurt my baby.

Definitely would suggest a Luke warm bath

My friend was told by the midwife that quite warm baths are fine. The reason they say not to have hot baths is when you get up you may get low blood pressure and faint. x
