Bad back pain - normal?

Hiya ladies, ive been having slight back pain for a few weeks but this last week, oh wow it hurts! All the bottom of my back and bum is sore. Sitting down is really painful and my hips and back crack when i turn over in bed. Is this normal for my stage or could there be an underlying issue? xx

very normal, dont forget your pelvis , ligaments and back have to move and adjust themselves to make room for the baby to pass through.

if the pain gets too much you canspeak to ur midwife as you may have physio etc
