Backache?

I wasnt going to post in the Tris til gone 13 weeks, but I think i'm 7-8 weeks pregnant, and today I have really bad lower backache. I dont remember having this with my son.

Anyone else got this? I'm going out of my mind with worry! Its like a constant dull ache in my lower back

I have backache too - so bad the other night I couldnt get comfy and hardly slept. I think its normal so shouldnt worry, i find a massage from my hubby does the world of good

i had it with summer hun and i still get it now some days! my mum had it with me and still suffers with her back - she swears its my fault lol

try sitting with a rolled up towel behind u just above ur lower back where there is a gap - im rubbish at explaining lol

thats what they recommended at anti natal when i was pregnant with summer
