i know i have pelvis problems but it doesnt feel related, it is higher up kinda waist level and it is a dull ache.....is this normal?

If its nearer the middle of you back and not one side it will be where your tummy muscles are loosening so you have less support for you back. Try to make sure you posture is good and bend your knees to pick things up so it doesn't get worse now. If it's on one side make sure your drinking plenty so you don't get a kidney infection, I had really bad pain in my back with my infection and stones on one side that started as a dull ache but I also had it low down at the front too.

it is in the middle so must be my tummy muscles! i panic about everything! thanks sarah13

Backache is really common in pregnancy, could be any part of your back really. You should see if you can make a physio appointment, did you get a phone number with your maternity notes?

Physio can help u with pelvic pain too.

:)

mine hurts between my shoulders when i've been sitting all day and in the lower back/lumber region when i've been stood up all day, only really stops hurting when i lay down but I can hardly see my boss being happy with me working laying down :P

I gat pain same as u Mrs Mc think its link to the sacral illiac problem as u carry yourself differently. need to make sure u are doing your pelvic floor exercises !! these help stabilise your pelvis xxx
