backache!!!

Hey, I'm 29 weeks on Sunday. Lately i've been suffering from very severe back pain. The middle of my back is the worse hit area but I also have a crushed vertibrae at the bottom of my spine and it's been playing up now and again too. It's like when I lye down I struggle to get back up and walk. I've tried paracetamol but only helps for a little while and dont want to keep taking it everyday four times a day. Anyone else had this?

Also, i've noticed my bump getting what I can only describe like cramps in it when i'm sitting up and when I bend over. Is this normal? xx

It's hard to say what is normal and not from this side of things but pregnancy does come with a different ache the whole way through which is in my own words lol I did not do pregnancy too great
