Back spot, symptom?

I woke up this morning with a massive spot on my back between my shoulder blades, I know acne on your face and chest is a normal pregnancy symptom but could this also be one?

I've got 8 days till my AF is due.

it sounds really painfull I have never heard of that during pregnancy but I am hoping for you you will get your BFP soon !

It is it really hurts, I've never had these before so I was just wondering if it could be a symptom. Wishful thinking really!

I dont have any spots on my back but have loads on my chin they arrived about a week, I didnt even know until coming on here that spots could be a symptom!! FX for us both x
