Back Pain

Does anyone no why i could be experiencing such bad back pain.

I had terrible back ache in the night, alllll the way up and down my spine, and shoulder blades, also in my lower back, it kept waking me up and in the end i had to get up and get a hot water bottle and some paracetamol, still have the pains now though!!!

It feels like all my muscles are being stretched and like a general bad ache!!

Its doing my tree in, i need some sleep!!

I've got bad back ache too- MW said it's just a mix between the weight of baby and bad posture

It actually feels worse when I lay down!

Could also be LO's moved back to back, unfortunately its one of the less liked symptoms of late pregnancy some women get, I do hope it eases for you, you can take paracetamol for it but talk to your MW about what else you can do to ease it
