Back from scan and.....

Littls monkey crossed their legs, I had to laugh because I obviosly just wasnt meant to know! At first my husband said his odds were on a girl and she said i agree but she wouldnt commit. she left the probe on the babes botty couldnt see boy bits but couldnt see well enough to say there weren't any!!!! so , we're having a suprise!!

Oh well, it'll be a nice surprise for you.

My dh asked what I wanted to do if out baby didn't co-operate, ie. did I want a private sexing scan.

I said I'm not sure. Are you considering it?

Its a shame you couldnt find out for your girls but a surprise will be lovely for you, it adds to the excitement of meeting your baby!

i would've gone mad!! lol

i always said that when i have a baby i would want the sex to be a suprise .......but....more recently, as we are TTC - i do actually think i would want to know, im so impatient there is no way i could go 9 months without knowing!!!

Ellie the exact same thing happened to me at my 20 week scan (couldnt see boy parts but couldnt def confirm a girl as its legs were tucked up) i know how frustrating it is especially when you want to know.
Sometimes i get annoyed not knowing what sex it is as we cant prepare as much as we'd like to (having to buy neutral colours, names etc) but sometimes it seems more special as i think of the moment i push the baby out and get to know what it sex it is for the first time.

Midwife never asked us at 20 week scan, and I wasnt sure I wanted to know....we didnt find oot and went for 4d scan @ 27 weeks, we told them we didnt want to know..we are having a surprise and its soooo exciting!!

Have had a few moments of wishing I knew, but now my due date is here, I am besides myself with excitement wondering what sex the baby is going to be!!!

When i went for my 20 week scan my little one had his feet over his bits but the sonographer looked from below and there were two little clues from below.

I was amuzed when i thought we weren't going to find out.

I think it will make the birth more exciting

hiya, we did consider for a moment a private scan but thats like a third of the pram budget etc, etc. Some times you have to accept you can't know everything, like me today! We had suprises with the girls and look forward to patiently waiting for this little one to make their appearence!
