Back From Midwife - Measuring Big

Everything Went Great.. She Said The Babys Heartbeat Was Perfect,Blood Tests All Clear,Blood Pressure Spot On The Baby Is Measuring Bigger Than 25+ Weeks But She Said All That Means Is She's a Healthy Baby & a Healthy Size... So Im In For It During Labour! Lol. Im Really Pleased It All Went Well

That measurin thing is a loada poop .. Id take no notice carly xx Infact alot of places dont even do it anymore ...and you generally measure bigger if baby is breech so there can be loads of factors. Didnt wanna put a downer on anything just letting you know its very inaccurate xx

Silly question?! Is this true even if your told your measuring big from scan measurements?

Good news. I had my appointment with the midwife today too. She said i measured exact but have also heard that it is a but hit and miss.

Pleased everything is fine.

Scan measurements are more realistic I would imagine beause they are taking true measurements of the actual baby and not the height of your womb.

She Gave Me The Form - MAT B1 I Wanted So Im Much More Relaxed Now Coz I Can Sort Out Money Next Week Yay ( Will Get Maternity Allowence Forms/Income Support When Im At The Job Centre)

She Gave Me The Form - MAT B1 I Wanted So Im Much More Relaxed Now Coz I Can Sort Out Money Next Week Yay ( Will Get Maternity Allowence Forms/Income Support When Im At The Job Centre)

Oh so you still have to visit the job centre. I was hoping midwives now had all the forms!! At least your getting somewhere though! x x
