Back from Hospital again and missed so much on here!...

Had another episode of bleeding yesterday. With Lower abdo pain, upper gastric pain, headaches and blurry vision...

I had to be monitored over night. Baby is going strong. They just can't figure out what is going on with me. My bloods are fine.

So, they said I could stay until tomorrow, but decided I am better off feeling rubbish at home. Rather than be there where they can't work out what is wrong and am woken all night by women going past in pain being pushed to labour ward lol

So, here I am. Sad sack relaxing at home!

I have missed sooo much on here. I will have to try to catch up!

If it was not for them seeing the blood in triage, I would start to think all this is in my head!

Bllods are fine, urine is fine, BP is fine, baby is fine.

I aksed if there is a point I can just start ignoring the bleeds. But they said no blood is good blood. So, I guess it means I will just keep going up there. Am scared the day I ignore it, something will be wrong.

I wonder what the bleeding is...are they gonna keep an eye on you?

I have missed the forum sooo much!

I used to work for a company who do hospital bedside entertainment systems. As the hospital I am at is one of them I worked in and I left on bad terms....I wont put money on it to use the facilities!!!lol

The called it a 'show' on my notes today. As was bloody mucus this morning. But was red blood in the night.

Because it stops and starts, I think it is starting to be put down to 'one of those things'

Because the baby is very strong and healthy....I am going to try not to stress on it.

Glad your back and both you and baby are doing fine
its strange they cant find out the cause of the bleeding
hope they can give you some answers soon or even better the bleeding stops

Really sorry to hear you've been un-well again.

Rest, take it easy and I hope whatever it is thats making you ill disappears so you can enjoy the rest of your pregnancy.

Thank you ladies

I have had a couple of episodes of blood and mucus loss tonight with some pains.

So, instead of relaxing as I promised myself. Insomnia seems to have set in.

I think that I am more stressed than I thought. Have started on OH and been quite mean.

In my last pregnancy I had spotting now and again. But not the trgular bleeds and mucus loss I have been having in this one.

However, some women bleed heavy and go full term. So, I hold on to that type of thought (when I am not letting the horror-mones get the better of me!)

This morning was just more of the blood stained mucus and slight pains.

As everything is now clear (test results - other than need to wait for new swabs)....It must just be what my body does.

I had the steroids last week. Midwife said that it means that whatever happens, the babies lungs have been matured. Am now past 28 weeks. So, trying (and failing at times) not to worry.

The midwife in triage said the baby has a very strong heartbeat for a 28 weeker. So, I have to be pleased with that!

It all sounds very positive from your baby's point of view (strong little thing!) but it must be scary beyond belief for you...

Hope you are OK and that this horrible bleeding stops for you soon

This baby seems as strong as an ox! From it's punching, very strong heartbeat and ability to be fine while my body is falling apart (and the fact that they are saying it will be a biffa)...I think I have the future heavy weight champion of the world in my womb!
