Back and now in the 2ww

Hi Ladies hope everyone is well?
I have been a member of this forum for a few years now. I have blocked tubes so unfortunately I can never get pregnant naturally. I was very lucky to get pregnant first time with IVF back in 2014 and now have a gorgeous 4 yr old boy. I have had 2 failed rounds since then as I am desperate to give my ds a sibling. Age is not on my side either as I am 41 this December.
Anyway I am now in my 2ww for my final IVF round so praying for good news this time around as this really is my last chance

Just want to say good luck to everyone else on this journey and I hope we all get our happy ending x

I remember you! I'm in a similar boat except I don't have a partner so it's IVF only, my son is 3 and I'm 41 6 months after you!

Hate these 2ww I need go get some PMA as after the last failed attempts and me feeling the same as I did with those at this stage I am already dreading the end result. Need to shake out of it lol

I have started my 2ww (well 9days as it was a donor embryo FET) today too! It’s exciting/stressful/frustrating in equal measure isn’t it! 😬

Wow good luck to you, if you don't mind me asking. Where did you have it done?
My OTD is the 21st if I can hold on for that long lol

No, I don’t mind, I am having a combined cycle with a local clinic (for all the scans/bloods etc) and the institute Bernabeu in Spain for providing the embryos and performing the transfer

I’m in on the 20th for my bloods.....what will b will be I guess....but I am a poas addict so will be doing so from day 3 onwards! at least twice a day

I am going to try and hold off this time, the last 2 times I got myself so upset as I did them early. Won't make a difference to the outcome either way but going to hold off as long as possible this time, don't want to be stressing and getting upset early in the 2ww
