Got it bad today & pillows propt just makes it worse i think.

I cant stand for long periods or i get back ache why is this ??

Sometimes all that helps for me is the ball :-(

I can hlep with this since I have athritus in my lower spine :D

Hotties! Aka wheat bags. Warm them up and place them on - lovely :) Also a gentle massage buy your partner ;)

im just starting to suffer aswell and all i got AT work to sit on are stools needless to say im crippled when i get home, i find laying down with a pillow behind me helps but has to be a reallly fluffy pillow xxx

Try some stretches hun

Lie on the floor on your back with both legs in front of you, then bend one leg and let it fall over the other (I tried to find a pic, but can't)

Also a lying down hamstring stretch will help also

Hope this helps x

I've been getting it on and off. When in bed I find lying on my side helps. x

Thanks girls :)

Kayelle - I might get one of these balls thanks hun.

Tweetyfoo - If i lay on the floor with this bump - i wont be able to get back up ROTFL!!!

Pysco falon - I will deffo buy some wheat bags tomorrow - i seen some only today actually in home & bargin - you put in the microwave to warm it up.

Loula - Aww hun - your back must be killing you sitting on them stools - is there no other chair they can give you with you being pregnant hun ?

Emma - I have to lay on my side in bed - i have one of them big pregnancy pillows - it's just standing for long perids of time my back aches well it has been all this week. All morning i was fine till i went into town later this afternoon then it kicked off again. It's ok now feels fine.

This is brill advice!!! I did this last night, this morning and again this evening and it's helped loads!! Thanks xx

Ive had a bad back since competing with my horses over 25 years previously. :(

My left pelvic muscle doesnt work v well and as its in an awkward place Physio doesnt work.

I have prescription meds (GP put me on a lower dose due to preg).

I find heat on the area helps. Whilst preg you can also use Transvasin heat rub & I find that is great too.
