Sore tongue

I have felt unwell today can't really put a finger on my symptoms but I have a sore tongue (been like this a few days but got worse), feel tired, sore eyes, achy stomach, head ache and just feeling yuck. I don't like feeling unwell it makes me worry. I didnt get up till 12 today which is not like me, I had a head ache stiff neck and sore stomach, I kept dropping on and off to sleep from half 8 on till 12.
I got up and had some toast and tablets which got rid of the head ache but have just felt out of sorts all day, I have eaten though out the afternoon and dinner.

Not sure why I am telling you all this just need to tell some one who doesn't think I am just moaning

hi hun, hope you feeling better - was just thinking; check your tongue isn't oral thrush as you can easily get that when you're run down

Ah thank you, I have thought of that but have no spots at eh moment, It wasn't hurting yesterday but a bit sore again today will keep an eye just in case.
