back ache

I had braxton hicks contractions last night for the first time.. belly went really hard and i couldn't move. I was a bit worried cos it hurt on left side at the top of uterus. I'm going to speak to midwife tomorrow, because I have appointment at hospital with obstetician.

My back has been hurting so much this last week it is unbelieveable. It only happens at night and when i wake up though. I lie on my left side with a pregnancy pilllow but this doesn't really help

Has anyone else had this problem?

ive got a really bad back when im not pregnant but its definitely exacerbated by being pregnant, all because of that wonderful hormone relaxin!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah it probably is... also my first pregnancy was all in my back I suppose it's extra strain this time

just try and relax a bit, mine seems to get really bad the later on in the day it gets, and doin 3 school runs a day dont really help!
