Back Pain

Morning - wondering if anyone can help me?

I am experiencing a dull ache really low down in my back and sometimes moving round to my left side. Just started this morning and I'm wondering if anyone else has had it?

I'm just a bit worried as were off on holiday on Tuesday to Crete and a bit panicky that this could be a bad sign

the past 3 days my lower back has been agony. i damaged my spine a few years ago in a riding accident so i always put twinges down to that. might be something to do with your insides stretching though.
