Oh I we went to baby yoga on friday it was great Lewis really enjoyed it. It wasn't what I expected we done a lot of nursery rhymes and songs but with actions and movements that incorporate the babies. Apparently this keeps the babies attention and the different movements hep to strengthen and use different parts of their bodies. Best of all was relaxation time at the end when we all lay down and had pillows and duvets and were talked through relaxing our bodies.......pure heaven
