Baby slings for a plus size mummy

I'm currently a size 20-22 on my top half and I have decided I'd really like to try a baby sling when lo is born, I've been looking at the moby wrap.

I'm planning on slimming down as much as I can after lo is born but I wondered if a moby wrap would fit me? I tried a babba sling but found it very uncomfortable and it just didn't sit well on my body.

Has anyone got any advice?

I would think a moby wrap would fit as theyre meant to be useable for all sizes. Mines sooo long i have to wrap it around over 2 times at the end.

Hi hun i have got the moby sling n I'm a big girl. It's great when u get the hang of it. If u get one n get uncomftetble try to adjust how high up Lo is sitting as I had Noa to low to start with n it killed my back. Now its ok n I've took him to London for the day in it. Only annoying thing is we both get really sweaty in it xx

I've tried a variety of carriers, I'm starting to think it's an obsession lol!! Moby wrap should be fine, but my current favourite is my ring sling, there's LOADS of room in there and I'm about the same size as you. The Premaxx sling is OK too as is the Wilkinet, but I found that 'normal' carriers were too tight and hurt my shoulders after a while. Hope you're enjoy wearing your baby
