baby lotion

i kno how dumb this sounds, but what is it for? i thought it was moisturiser, but my boyf thinks its a cleanser. which is it?!

I use it as a cleanser to remove any stubborn dirt, so I clean behind her ears and sometimes her neck, and get dirt off her face....although to be honest, that is not very often as I find it does the same job as a wet flannel
