Hi girls,

Have been a member for a while now but don't think I have actually posted anything!

Was just wondering if anyone else has experienced similar with their lo.

So my boy has just turned 9 monthshas been teething for a while and has just cut his 5th tooth. All others he seemed to be fine and it didn't bother him at all...however....last night he cried for 15 minutes solid and nothing could console him, he eventually got himself into such a state that it was as if he started choking and was then sick his whole night time bottle!! It then took me an hour to settle him again.
Have just settled him for tonight and hoping we don't have a repeat of last night...it was really upsetting!

Does anyone else's baby suffer like this?

Xx

Felix is 7 months and has always woken every 3 hours wanting a bottle, he screams endlessly until he gets one, we've had burst blood vessels in eyes, throwing up, the lot! It's so horrible xo

Aw that's terrible!! My little one hasnt done it at all until last night, i was in tears cos I got such a fright. Am so worried now that he will choke when he cries :( xx

Is he snotty?

If he is it might help him to sit in the bathroom with the shower on so the steam helps de-congest him.
And try to have him sleep semi upright.

Yes pheonix he is snotty! He slept from 7:45 - 6:45 last night...waking up a few times to have his dummy put back in so not too bad a night! Still very snotty this morning...its running everywhere! Will try him with the steam and see if that helps him, thanx.Xx

My son used to go off all his food, start nailing bottles by the carton then be sick for about 3-4 days straight then he started feeling al right and he would get another tooth along with it.. But because sometimes the teeth come in phases especially the molars sometimes it would just drop the tooth a little or just come through half of it and it would repeat itself in a week maybe two weeks.. Especially all the last ones kept coming one after another.. The side ones, were the worst.. He'd always be sick whilst teething but that one time I gave him some paracetamol so he'd stop crying and he could sleep cause the crying made him sick too that time.

They tend to be sick when they are snotty, it's to clear the mucus out of their tummy & throat.

Hope he's feeling better soon x
