hello. Wondering if anyone has any experience of using baby aspirin?

I’ve had 3 miscarriages and from reading about it, it sounds like it could be beneficial.

Did you take it on the advice of your doctor or midwife? When did you start taking it and stop taking it?

I don’t have anything to add but I’m also wondering about this ...

Hmm, I'm not sure if this is helpful as I'm in the US, but here I know I can call any pharmacist even if I don't get meds sent to their facility and ask questions about drug effects, interactions and specific care needs I have. I've never once had one of them differ to my doctor as knowing drug interactions/ uses/ side effects/ validity is their entire line of work.

Rainbow, i can't personally help you with this but i have definitely seen some other ladies mention they took baby aspirin off their own back for previous miscarriages and it helped them in getting their bfp. xx

I questioned my consultant about this when we had our testing for recurrent miscarriages. She told me that unless you have a clotting issue then there's no point in taking aspirin as it won't help.

Have you been referred for testing now that you've had three losses? They will test for clotting issues as part of this so then you would know if the aspirin would help or not.
